Industrial hydraulic cylinder is a linear actuator that generates force and motion along a linear path using hydraulic fluid. A piston slides inside a cylindrical bore to form the cylinder. The bore contains a port at each end, via which hydraulic fluid can enter and exit the cylinder. The pressure that hydraulic fluid applies to the piston when it enters the cylinder causes the piston to move. The size of the bore, the diameter of the piston, and the pressure of the hydraulic fluid all affect how much force the cylinder can produce. Industrial hydraulic cylinder is a mechanical actuator that delivers a force through a single direction.
